Challenge
Sabre had a manual (email) contract approval process in which routing contracts to designated signatories did not allow for tracking, auditing, and communication among internal and external stakeholders. All sales team members and support roles needed to be trained.
Solution
The business automated the contract approval process by implementing the DocuSign tool. Created, designed, and managed role-based training on the DocuSign system. This course was one of many role-based training courses available to end-users.
