Designed and developed an interactive eLearning walkthrough to train managers on documenting discovery conversations and work model exception requests within a regulated enterprise environment. The course guides learners through real system screens, decision points, and required documentation steps across multiple scenarios. Built as a modular, role-based experience emphasizing accuracy, compliance, and repeatable execution. Delivered via the LMS to support manager readiness, policy adherence, and consistent documentation practices.
