At Parkland Hospital, I designed and developed interactive eLearning courses to support enterprise-wide safety and compliance initiatives. These courses were delivered through the LMS and supported both manager-specific responsibilities and employee execution workflows within a high-volume, regulated healthcare environment.

These courses were built using modern course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline; After Effects, Adobe Suite of Apps) and were designed to move learners beyond awareness into accurate, repeatable system execution.
